IoTMarketi informs you about processing of personal data under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).
Identity, contact and project details you share in the quote form are processed to prepare quotes, contact you and run customer-relationship workflows.
For security and quote tracking we may store IP address (or a hash), browser info, referrer, landing path and UTM parameters when you submit the form. These fields are part of the quote workflow and may be processed independently of analytics-cookie consent.
Page views, funnel events and linking a quote to a visitor profile run only if you accept analytics cookies. Without consent those visit statistics are not stored; your quote request is still created.
Data is retained within legal periods and our legitimate interests; it is not shared with unauthorized third parties. Service providers (e.g. email delivery) may access data only as needed under contractual safeguards.
