This form informs the Buyer before the contract is concluded, as required by Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Order-specific product, quantity, price, shipping fee and delivery address are shown in the order summary on the checkout page before payment and form part of this form.

The main characteristics of each product (model, technical specifications, compatibility) are stated on its product page. Information on the hardware/software a product works with, and any technical protection measures, is also given on the product page.
The unit and total price of each product, including all taxes (VAT), are shown on the product page and in the order summary on the checkout page before payment.
Shipping is TRY 200.00 (VAT included) per order and free for orders whose product total (VAT included) is TRY 10,000.00 or more. The shipping fee is shown as a separate “Shipping” line in the order summary before payment and is charged in the same card payment as the products.
There are no other additional costs. No deposit or financial guarantee is requested.
Payment is made by credit/debit card through PayTR as a single payment. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
In-stock products are shipped within 1–3 business days of payment approval with the contracted carrier, and delivered within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract at the latest, to addresses in Türkiye. Details: Delivery & Shipping page.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, by notice to info@iotmarketi.com or to the Seller’s address above. The product is returned within 10 days with the Seller’s contracted cargo company, free of charge; the product price (and, on withdrawal from the whole order, the outbound shipping fee) is refunded to the card within 14 days of the notice. Complaints are answered via the contact details above. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
