The Milesight HVAC Monitoring & Management Solution is designed to optimize heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in hotels, residential buildings, retail chains, and large public facilities. This package combines Milesight smart thermostats, temperature sensors, pipe pressure sensors, and leak detection devices to deliver centralized control, real-time monitoring, and predictive maintenance.

How It Works

The Milesight LoRaWAN-based HVAC solution enables facility managers to control all heating and cooling devices from a single platform. Smart thermostats (WT series) are compatible with standard HVAC terminal units such as radiators, fan coil units, and rooftop units. Temperature and humidity sensors (EM320-TH, EM300-TH) collect real-time environmental data, while pipe pressure sensors (EM500-PP) monitor water system integrity. Leak detection sensors (EM300-MLD, EM300-SLD) protect pipelines and reduce risk through automatic shutoff.

Energy Efficiency & Control

Milesight thermostats reduce energy consumption by 30–50% through 16 heating schedules, open-window detection, and local automation support. The system intelligently adjusts ventilation based on occupancy, prevents air leakage via door/window monitoring, and optimizes based on indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity data. Current transformer sensors (CT101) track HVAC power consumption to support energy optimization strategies.
